Cocktail Bartender at Alcotraz Melbourne (Fever)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Alcotraz Melbourne is looking for casual Cocktail Bartenders.

Previous cocktail making experience is essential.

In short, Guests smuggle in their favourite liquor and it’s on the bar team to understand their likes and dislikes and serve 4 rounds of delicious, personalised cocktails. On top of this we have performers bringing a storyline to life around the guests.

The majority of hours will come across the Friday/Saturday.

Responsibilites include:

  • To create high quality personalised cocktails, at speed
  • To listen to customers taste preferences and allergies as well as being friendly at all times
  • Good customer and communication skills are essential as you talk to guests directly and deliver all 4  rounds to them 
  • To comply with the RSA rules at all times and refer to the Bar Manager if any incident occurs

We are looking for someone to start immediately.

Pay:  $32/h + 11.5% superannuation (minimum of 3h guaranteed)
